Me and my wife used Michael in both the selling and buying process of our homes. The service he provided for us was nothing but excellence, from the tips and advice he gave us so we could list our house. To helping stage and taking the final pictures, he was at our side making sure all the small details were in place to ensure not only that our house would sale...but sale at a price we were happy with and he did just that. After selling he took it a step up and even put together a list of apartments in the area we wanted to stay at since we were taking our time on looking for our forever home. Me and my wife our busy with two toddlers and we were so appreciative of the time we saved and of him taking the time to make a spread sheet and even book appointments so we could find the best place. As the process started for us to shop around he also made sure we got the best help on our pre-approval process and the gentleman he introduced to us was great and once we got pre-approved the ball was rolling. He was very good at listening to all the things we wanted in a home especially for our two girls and constantly sending us homes in our price range, and after about 4 weeks of searching we found it! Not only was he aggressive with our initial offer but was able to make it attractive to the seller and still stay with in our budget. We got into the house we dreamed of, in the school district we hoped for, at the price we wanted thanks to Michael. We couldn’t be happier and we are so glad we chose to go with him, even after the whole process was over he knew we wanted to do some updates on the home and helped us find a great contractor for the work.
